Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst with robust expertise in CPQ (Revenue Cloud) and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes. You'll work with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, design scalable CPQ solutions, and drive successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion in continuous process improvement across the Project / Product development lifecycle.
- Drive system adoption through end-user support and training.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement solutions in the process.
- Create well-defined business cases by analysing the value of an idea, concept, request, or potential project including, defining the scope, objective, and baseline requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ configuration and development.
- Maintain system reports and dashboards to track trends in usage, adoption, and other key metrics.
- Create, monitor, and update detailed project plans.
- Review and provide input into project scope definitions.
- Responsible and heavily involved in the creation of end-user and administrator training material, potentially delivering end-user training.




- Partner with the internal business areas to understand their business and strategic initiatives, processes, and system enhancements.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement within assigned business areas.

Requirements

- 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst, including 5+ years of strong, hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Strong QTC lifecycle knowledge (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud)
- Ability to understand complex Salesforce CPQ scenarios and translate those requirements into user stories.
- Ability to understand the legacy systems and envision the future implementation.
- Should be able to demonstrate the developed functionality.
- Should be able to review/write test cases and do at least high-level e2e testing prior UAT.
- Salesforce Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification will be an added advantage

Preferred

- Salesforce Certified Administrator / Business Analyst / Revenue Cloud Consultant certification(s).
- Prior Salesforce / Salesforce CPQ Consulting/implementation experience

Good to Have

- Salesforce Billing, ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics), revenue recognition, API/middleware knowledge, data migration experience
