Role Description The Associate Professor Human Resource role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Civil Lines campus. The role involves designing and delivering Human Resource Management courses, guiding students through lectures, seminars, workshops, and case-based learning, and continuously updating course content to reflect current industry practices and research. The Associate Professor will supervise student projects and dissertations, mentor learners on academic and career development, and contribute to curriculum development and program review.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting high-quality research in HR and related fields, publishing in peer-reviewed journals, participating in academic committees, and engaging in collaborations with industry and academic partners. The role also requires contributing to departmental initiatives, fostering an inclusive learning environment, and supporting outreach activities that strengthen Amity's academic reputation and industry linkages.
Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Human Resource Management and related areas such as organizational behavior, talent management, and labor relations.
- Demonstrated ability in teaching, curriculum design, and the use of creative pedagogy and assessment methods.
- Proven research record in HR or management, including publications in reputable journals and participation in conferences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse student body and collaborate with colleagues.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Management, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Relevant academic or industry experience in HR, including experience guiding student projects and mentoring early-career professionals.
