About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven and creatively strong Media Production Team Lead to lead our in-house production team across influencer campaigns, UGC content, ad shoots, and digital creative production.

This role requires someone who understands fast-paced digital content, can manage end-to-end shoot execution, lead creative teams on-ground, and ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of shoots and production activities

- Plan shoot schedules, locations, timelines, props, and production requirements

- Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after shoots

- Handle multiple productions simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines

Creative & Campaign Coordination

- Work closely with influencer marketing, performance marketing, and social media teams

- Understand campaign goals and translate them into strong visual creatives

- Oversee production for ad creatives, UGC videos, product shoots, and branded content

- Ensure creatives are optimized for digital platforms like Instagram, Meta ads, and YouTube

Team Management

- Manage and coordinate internal production teams, videographers, editors, photographers, and freelancers

- Guide teams during shoots and ensure effective on-ground execution

- Maintain workflow alignment between creative, production, and post-production teams

- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met consistently

Quality Control

- Maintain high production and visual quality across all deliverables

- Review creative outputs and ensure they align with brand standards and campaign requirements

- Identify areas for creative improvement and production efficiency

Vendor & Shoot Coordination





- Coordinate with creators, models, agencies, studios, vendors, and external production partners

- Handle shoot logistics, equipment requirements, and production setup when needed

- Ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders involved in projects

Requirements

- 4-6 experience in media production, ad shoots, digital content production, or creative operations

- Experience in influencer marketing agencies, media agencies, production houses, or digital brands

- Worked on campaign shoots, UGC content, branded content, or performance creatives

- Strong understanding of social-first content and digital marketing creatives

- Experience handling shoots, production coordination, or creative teams

- Ability to work in fast-paced agency or campaign-driven environments

- Strong leadership, coordination, and execution skills

- Understanding of production workflows, shoot planning, and content execution

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
