We are looking for Retail Architect(full-time), on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the Retail Architect will design and develop retail spaces, from concept through detailed architectural drawings, ensuring functionality, brand alignment, and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, preparing design presentations, and producing architectural documentation and specifications. The Retail Architect will coordinate with engineers, consultants, and vendors to integrate systems, materials, and fixtures into cohesive design solutions, while adhering to budget, timelines, and local regulations. The role also involves overseeing project progress, supporting site coordination, and ensuring that design intent is maintained through construction and implementation.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning, retail layout design, and understanding of building codes and standards.
- Experience with Project Management,



such as coordinating timelines, resources, stakeholders, and deliverables for multiple retail projects.
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and interoperability between architectural software platforms.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with BIM processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with experience in retail or commercial projects preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building regulations and construction practices in New Delhi or the broader region.
