About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry, including its various engineering roles and technical requirements. As a Semiconductor Recruiter at Triveni IT, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring highly skilled professionals in semiconductor design, verification, manufacturing, and embedded systems. Your role will involve working closely with clients and hiring managers to understand their technical needs and delivering qualified candidates efficiently. This position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on high-tech recruitment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting,



with a focus on semiconductor or related high-tech industries. A solid understanding of semiconductor terminology, engineering roles, and development processes is essential. Proven experience in sourcing niche technical talent using various platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate databases is required. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, networking, and candidate engagement skills, along with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent recruiting experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

- Source, identify, and recruit semiconductor professionals across various technical domains, including design, verification, embedded systems, and manufacturing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified semiconductor engineering candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Recruit for roles such as Semiconductor Design Engineers, ASIC Engineers, VLSI Engineers, FPGA Engineers, Verification Engineers, Embedded Engineers, Firmware Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Validation/Test Engineers,



and Process Engineers.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking events, and candidate databases to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and project background.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within ATS/CRM systems.
- Develop and nurture relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process and long-term engagement.
