Role Description As a Social Media Intern at Propelld, you will support the planning and execution of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. You will assist in creating posts, stories, short videos, and captions that align with the brand voice and engage learners and partner institutions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages,



and helping track performance metrics to optimize future content. You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to contribute ideas for campaigns and community engagement initiatives. This is an internship role, based on-site in Bengaluru South, offering hands-on experience in a rapid-growing fintech and ed-tech environment.
Qualifications

- Ability to create engaging social media content, including copy, basic visuals, and short-form video ideas.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) and current social media trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as reach, engagement, and audience targeting.
- Comfort with using analytics features on social platforms to review performance and suggest improvements.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field.
- Interest in fintech and education, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
