Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support our employee onboarding and HR operations processes. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless joining experience for recent employees while supporting various HR operational and automation initiatives.

Duration : 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for all new joiners.
- Connect with candidates prior to joining and ensure timely completion of onboarding formalities.
- Initiate and track Background Verification (BGV) processes.
- Validate onboarding documents and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely Employee Code (E-Code) creation.
- Regularly follow up with new joiners to resolve queries and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain onboarding trackers and HR operational records.
- Support HR process automation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Assist in HR data management, reporting,



and document validation activities.
- Support other HR Operations projects and administrative activities as assigned.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Interest in HR Operations, process improvement, and automation.
