Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Bengaluru East. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with local regulations. Daily tasks include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and integrating feedback from project managers and clients. The role involves conducting site visits for design validation, monitoring construction progress against design intent, and resolving design-related issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams. The Architect will also participate in project planning meetings,



support documentation for approvals, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination with cross-functional teams, and schedule tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural workflows, such as using design software and integrating BIM or CAD tools into project processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Robust visualization, spatial planning, and technical drawing abilities, with attention to detail and buildability.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in office with multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to conduct regular site visits.
- Experience in sustainable design practices, material selection, and cost-conscious detailing is beneficial.
