Investments, Protection, or Planning (assigned at hiring)

ROLE PURPOSE

Own a digital-first client pipeline end-to-end — from lead, to onboarding, to product deepening — within an assigned pod. This is an outbound, target-driven role built for high-velocity client acquisition, not an inbound advisory desk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Pipeline ownership. Work a defined lead pipeline through proactive digital and outbound engagement — calls, digital touchpoints, and structured follow-up against SLA turnaround times.
- Client onboarding. Take a client from first contact through account opening entirely through digital, document-based onboarding.
- Product deepening. Introduce a second product within the pod's defined engagement window (typically 90-180 days), guided by CRM engagement scoring rather than guesswork.
- CRM discipline. Log, track, and action every lead in CRM with no gaps — pipeline hygiene is treated as a core deliverable, not admin overhead.
- Planning hand-off.



Identify clients showing planning-readiness signals — age, AUM, expressed intent — and route them to the Planning Pod, either as an early hand-off or a later graduation as engagement deepens.
- Target ownership. Carry and deliver the monthly target attached to the assigned pod, with performance individually tracked and individually owned.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong product and advisory grounding, comfort operating without a supporting advisory desk, and the resilience to work an outbound, target-driven pipeline daily. Prior experience in MF/SIP, health & life insurance, or retirement planning advisory is preferred depending on pod placement — but pace and ownership matter more than a specific product background.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Economics/Commerce.
- Financial certifications preferred: CFP/NISM/IRDA.
- Solid product knowledge across investment and insurance solutions.
