About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital PMO Lead to join a major global digital transformation programme within the healthcare sector. This is a senior PMO role supporting large-scale Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity workstreams, ensuring successful programme delivery across multiple business-critical initiatives.

As the Digital PMO Lead, you will partner with senior leadership to provide governance, delivery oversight, planning, reporting, financial tracking, risk management, and vendor coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring complex digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Programme or PMO professional who enjoys working within large international transformation programmes and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead PMO activities across Data & AI, Technology and Cybersecurity workstreams.

- Build and maintain integrated programme plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.

- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies) and drive actions through to resolution.

- Monitor programme progress and provide executive-level reporting and dashboards.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.

- Work closely with senior stakeholders, project managers and delivery leads to ensure successful execution.

- Coordinate with Cyber Security teams to ensure security and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.





- Oversee external vendors and system integrators, ensuring contractual deliverables and milestones are achieved.

- Support governance meetings, steering committees and programme decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, governance and reporting standards.

Required Experience

- Proven experience as a Senior PMO Lead, Programme Manager or PMO Manager within large-scale digital transformation programmes.

- Strong background supporting Technology, Data, AI or Cyber Security initiatives.

- Extensive experience managing programme governance, planning, reporting and RAID management.

- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across global organisations.

- Strong financial tracking and programme reporting experience.

- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional fluency in English.

Desirable Experience

- Exposure to Data & AI, Cloud or Cyber Security programmes.

- Experience within enterprise transformation, carve-out or business separation programmes.

- Previous experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.

- Project or Programme Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or similar) are advantageous.
