Role Description The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and improving quality standards across manufacturing processes and finished products. This full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad includes conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, performing internal audits, and maintaining documentation in line with regulatory and industry requirements. The role involves collaborating with production, procurement, and R&D; teams to resolve non-conformities, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.



The Quality Assurance Executive will also assist in developing and updating quality management systems, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare product and hygiene product standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to oversee product standards and manufacturing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support implementation and maintenance of quality systems and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct internal audits and assess compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology or related fields, especially for hygiene and sanitizer product quality and safety.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
- Experience in quality functions within medical devices, healthcare products, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Faridabad.
