Role Description The Facilitator role at SoulAce is a part-time, on-site position based in Bharuch. The Facilitator will lead and coordinate CSR-related sessions, workshops, and community meetings, ensuring that program objectives are clearly communicated and understood by participants. Responsibilities include planning and organizing activities, engaging with local stakeholders, documenting session outcomes, and providing feedback to the project management team.



The Facilitator will support data collection and basic reporting to help measure program effectiveness and inform ongoing improvements. This role involves close collaboration with community members, NGOs, and corporate representatives to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead group discussions and workshops effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, including working with community members, NGOs, and corporate partners.
- Candidates should possess basic monitoring, evaluation, and documentation skills to record session outcomes and support project reporting.
- Candidates should possess explicit written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, along with active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to plan sessions, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in CSR projects, social development, community work, or education facilitation is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.
- Comfort working on-site in Bharuch, with cultural sensitivity and a strong commitment to positive social impact.
