Role Description The Interior Designer at Blue Spaces will work full time on site in the Pune Division, collaborating with clients and internal teams to plan and execute interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed space plans aligned with client requirements and project constraints. The role involves coordinating architecture and construction drawings with contractors, overseeing FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections, and ensuring designs meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary goals.



The Interior Designer will attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, provide documentation and specifications, and support project management activities to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, balanced layouts and cohesive design concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to interpret plans, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate with project teams.
- Candidates should possess experience with FF&E; selection to specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment that align with design intent and budget.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess robust communication, client-facing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is preferred.
