Role Description The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Moradabad. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating campus recruitment activities, and identifying placement opportunities for students across various programs. The Placement Manager will guide students on career planning, resume building, interview preparation, and professional skills, while ensuring timely communication of job openings and placement processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing placement drives, internships, and industry interactions, tracking placement outcomes, preparing reports for institutional stakeholders,



and collaborating with academic departments to align student skills with market needs. The role also requires continuous monitoring of industry trends and supporting initiatives that enhance the employability of students.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in employer relationship management, corporate outreach, and stakeholder coordination to build and sustain placement partnerships.
- Experience in student counseling, & career guidance to support learners in their transition from education to employment.
- Strong abilities in event planning and execution for placement drives, job fairs, workshops, and industry interaction sessions.
- Competence in data tracking, reporting, and analysis of placement statistics, with proficiency in standard office and spreadsheet tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Prior experience in campus placements, talent acquisition, or human resources in an academic institution or University is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Ability to work in office in Moradabad, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a student-centric, inclusive approach to placements.
