Job Description:

We are looking for a client-centric Hub Spot Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for global clients. This is a consultative, strategic role requiring strong expertise in Hub Spot, CRM strategy, and Rev Ops. You will work closely with clients to translate business goals into scalable Hub Spot solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success .

Job Responsibilities:

Hub Spot Onboarding & Implementation

- Lead end to end onboarding and implementation projects
- Configure CRM, pipelines, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Conduct discovery and customize portals

CRM Strategy & Optimization





- Design scalable CRM and Rev Ops solutions
- Optimize sales, marketing, and customer success processes
- Improve efficiency through automation

Data & Integrations

- Manage data migration and CRM hygiene
- Support integrations and troubleshoot issues

Reporting & Client Enablement

- Create dashboards and track KPIs
- Lead client trainings and onboarding sessions
- Drive adoption and optimization

Project Management

- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams

Required Qualifications

- 3–5+ years of Hub Spot onboarding/implementation experience
- Strong expertise in Hub Spot CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Hub
- Experience in CRM migrations, workflows, automation, and reporting
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Hub Spot certifications
- Experience in a Hub Spot agency/consulting setup
- Exposure to integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.)
- Understanding of Rev Ops and process optimization
