Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) hiring.
- Source and recruit white-collar professionals such as Engineers, Designers, Project Engineers, Design Engineers, Planning Engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Work on hiring requirements across Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, and related Engineering domains.
- Manage a high volume of Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2.5 4 years of recruitment experience.
- Strong experience in white-collar hiring within EPC/Engineering domains.
- Experience hiring for Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering industries.
- Hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

Note

- Candidates with only blue-collar recruitment experience will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in technical white-collar hiring within EPC projects.
