Experience:

- 2-4 years of experience
- Textile industry experience is mandatory

About the role:

We are looking for a Maintenance Store Supervisor with mandatory experience in the Textile Industry to manage the maintenance store efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, stock movement, dispatch coordination, record maintenance, reporting, and supervising the store team to ensure smooth maintenance operations within the factory.

Roles:

- Manage all inward and outward movement of maintenance store materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of machine spares, tools, consumables, and maintenance items.
- Ensure proper stock availability and timely issue of materials to the maintenance department.
- Track dispatch and receipt of maintenance materials.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.




- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for timely replenishment.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Maintain proper documentation of GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and related records.
- Supervise and guide the maintenance store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of maintenance materials.
- Coordinate with maintenance, purchase, and production departments for material requirements.
- Follow company policies and maintain safety standards within the store.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Additional qualification in Store Management or Inventory Management will be an advantage.
