We are looking for a Senior Process Executive (SPE) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Accounts Payable with 2–7 years of experience in AP operations, vendor reconciliation, and ERP systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and Service Now.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within defined TAT.
- Perform vendor reconciliations (AP Recon) and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle GRN matching (2-way / 3-way matching).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for query resolution.
- Manage tickets and workflow through Service Now.
- Post and verify accounting entries in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support month-end closing activities.
Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) process.
- Experience in Vendor Reconciliation (AP Recon).
- Hands-on experience in SAP (FI/MM modules preferred).
- Working knowledge of Service Now ticketing tool.
- Good understanding of 2-way and 3-way matching.
- MS Excel proficiency (Pivot, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- B / M / BBA / MBA (Finance).
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice processing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payables
- Hands-on experience in reconciliations
- Strong communication skills
- Relevant experience in International BPO/MNC
- B/M/MBA in Finance/Commerce
