Key Responsibilities

- Develop, deploy, and optimize AI/ML models for production environments.

- Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LoRA, QLoRA, and PEFT techniques.

- Build scalable NLP, retrieval, and multimodal AI solutions.

- Integrate AI systems with Graph Databases and Vector Databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

- Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge AI technologies.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
Expertise in LLM Fine-Tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT)
Experience with Graph Databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph)
Hands-on with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, ChromaDB)
Deep understanding of Transformers, GANs, and Diffusion Models
Solid experience in NLP,



Retrieval Systems, and Multimodal AI
Excellent Python programming with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn
Experience deploying ML models on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Skills

MLOps knowledge for AI deployment and monitoring
Open-source contributions or AI research publications
Understanding of Ethical AI and Data Privacy
Experience with multimodal AI applications

Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
