Regional C-PMO Lead - AMEA

About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for an experienced Regional C-PMO Lead to support a major global transformation programme within the healthcare sector. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving programme governance, portfolio visibility and organisational change across the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.

Working closely with senior Business and Digital leaders, you will ensure transformation initiatives are delivered successfully across multiple countries, while maintaining strong governance, stakeholder engagement and business adoption. This role is ideal for an experienced PMO or Transformation professional who thrives in large, international and quick-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the trusted PMO partner for regional Business and Digital leadership across AMEA.

- Drive portfolio governance, programme reporting and executive-level visibility across multiple workstreams.

- Develop and maintain integrated programme plans, milestones and regional delivery roadmaps.

- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.

- Ensure regional delivery aligns with the global transformation strategy while adapting to local market needs.

- Lead organisational change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness.

- Define and monitor adoption metrics to ensure sustainable implementation of new processes and ways of working.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Digital, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and other key functions.

- Promote governance best practices,



delivery excellence and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio.

- Support programme managers and business stakeholders in driving successful transformation outcomes.

Required Experience

- Proven experience leading PMO, Portfolio Management or Enterprise Transformation programmes within large, international organisations.

- Strong background in programme governance, planning, reporting and portfolio management.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex multi-country programmes with multiple stakeholders.

- Hands-on experience driving organisational change and business adoption.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

- Comfortable working across international teams, cultures and time zones.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience).

- Professional fluency in English.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting enterprise separation, carve-out or standalone transformation programmes.

- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Data & AI or enterprise technology initiatives.

- Experience within Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
