- Quarterly workforce planning review
- Maintain KPI dashboard
- Track initiative milestones
- Risk & deviation tracker
- Governance calendar
- Review deck preparation

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

- Solid understanding of HR initiatives and HR strategy.
- Proven experience in handling projects on attrition, workforce planning.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling analytics, projects management.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into interventions.
- Proactive, collaborative, and execution-oriented mindset.

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;

- MBA HR
- 5-7 years experience
- Certification in Data analytics or HR analytics
