What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Application Consultant is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems, and providing enhancements to existing technologies. The role works on complex issues involving one or more technical areas, mentors employees, and performs tasks of advanced technical depth and breadth. The incumbent collaborates with developers, architects, and infrastructure specialists to gather requirements, conducts research to evaluate new and emerging tools and techniques, and identifies patterns and best practices for technology proposals while anticipating long-term business issues.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):

- Lead design and architecture of automation solutions using Power Platform and other RPA tools.
- Define reusable components, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for Power Platform.
- Define solution design reviews, approval processes, and guardrails.
- Act as SME for Power Platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap.
- Oversee environment strategy, DLP Policies, and connector usage.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Partner with delivery, QA, and BA teams for successful implementation.
- Conduct technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Drive Scalable Automation Solutions You design automation solutions that ate not just functional but scalable, reusable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards, enabling long term value across multiple LOB
- Establish strong governance practices - You implement and enforce clear governance frameworks, including design reviews, environment strategies and DLP policies, ensuring consistent and risk free platform usage.
- Act as trusted advisor - You build relationships with business and technology stakeholders, guiding them toward the right automation approach (Power platform vs RPA vs Hybrid).
- Drive platform adoption - You contribute to growing power platform adoption across the organization while improving platform maturity through standards, reusable assets and best practices.
- Systems Implementation - Conduct the technical design, development, and integration of cross functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Continuously improve and innovate - You can stay ahead of emerging capabilities (e.g Copilot, AI builder, new connectors) and bring innovative ideas to enhance automation capabilities within organization.

Relationship Management:





- Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members and peers to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, using advanced verbal communication skills, including appropriate tone, style, and structure.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

- Collaborates with developers, architects, infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Works closely with delivery, QA, and BA teams for successful implementation of automation projects.
- Partners with enterprise architecture and security teams to ensure alignment with standards and guidelines.
- Interacts with external vendors and technology partners to evaluate new tools and techniques.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders across multiple lines of business.

Experience: 7+ years of experience.

Who You Are (skills/qualifications):

Must Have Skills:

- 7+ years of experience in application development and intelligent automation.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Dataverse), Blue Prism, and UiPath.
- Strong experience with enterprise-grade implementations and advanced platform capabilities.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, secure solutions leveraging APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps/ALM practices for Power Platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, enable other teams,



and drive best practices across the organization.
- Excellent analytical, inductive thinking, and project planning skills.
- Ability to embrace and champion change, influence outcomes, and drive collective success.
- Digitally savvy and adaptable to new tools and trends.
