Workday HCM Configuration & Administration:

- Design, configure, implement and maintain Workday Core HCM and Help covering activities including operational support, enhancements and projects in line with HR Roadmap priorities and HRIS team housekeeping requirements.
- Support all Core HCM activities within Workday, including change and enhancement requests related to organization structures, security, business processes, plans, calculations, rules and tables, eligibility criteria, and interdependencies.
- Support the end-to-end process of Core HCM configuration including discovery, requirements gathering, design sessions, configuration, testing, deployment to production, operational support, maintaining notifications, alerts, eligibility rules, reporting and preliminary support for related integrations while liaising with Enterprise Applications Integrations team.
- Create and optimize calculated fields to support complex business logic and compensation reporting needs.
- Knowledge and exposure to other Workday SKUssuch as Recruiting, Payroll, VNDLY, Paradox besides working knowledge of HCM components such as Absence Management and Talent Management would be highly beneficial in this role.

Annual & Cyclical Events:

- Serve as the primary HRIS support resource during annual cyclical initiatives including calendar year ending and year beginning actions within the system.

Reporting, Data & Integrations:

- Partner with Workforce Management team on any reports and dashboards that need to be developed or modified, collaborating with COE partners to build out requirements and validate.
- Build & load EIBs as needed and utilize Mass Operation Management (MOM) to manage tasks.

Testing, Releases & Change Control:

- Prepare detailed functional specifications for assigned projects, including test plans, test scripts, and the execution of test scripts. Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex data to ensure the accurate functional design of assigned projects.




- Serve as Test Coordinator for large projects involving multiple modules of Workday. Participate in and document data mapping for system integration, conversion, and acquisition-related projects to understand potential impacts on applications due to regulatory requirements, system enhancements, or business initiatives.
- Test and deploy Workday updates, perform regression testing, and manage system change requests through structured change control protocols as prescribed.
- Create, review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenanceincluding bi-annual Workday releases and new system features.
- Be well versed with Workday Community and the Feature Releases, preparing for, and implementing current features and enhancements that benefit the organization.

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement:

- Engage with HR Center of Excellence and other business clients to discuss application changes related to enterprise-wide initiatives, compliance/regulatory requirements, contractual system changes, or routine system maintenance (business as usual [BAU]), ensuring a comprehensive understanding of specifications for assigned applications. Participate in design discussions and ensure delivery of necessary functional specifications.
- Attend meetings with various business lines to identify their requirements regarding user interface and provide feedback to clients to ensure technology applications meet both internal and external customer needs, supporting the products/services offered by the business lines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering consultation and advice on how applications may be impacted by large initiatives,



such as acquisitions or significant product/service changes.
- Act as a consultative partner to HR and other business stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective Workday configurations toward testing, approval and deployment steps.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, provide recommendations through a consultative approach, document changes for change control purposes, design, demo, and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.
- Identify and communicate with stakeholders on any changes and their benefits to end users, provide training to business stakeholders / end users as needed.
- Train internal HR Operations team members as needed.

ProjectLeadership & Compliance:

- Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, documenting and distributing minutes as necessary. Review business requirements with the technology team to ensure a clear understanding of project needs.
- Lead projects as defined by leadership, which includes developing project plans with key milestones and deliverables, leading meetings, providing regular project updates, and adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
- Use Jira as an Agile project management tool to track Workday and other system configuration through its lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, approvals, and deployment.
- Support audit tracking and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls, identifying risk-related issues for escalation to management.
- Ensure HRIS processes are SOX compliant, with on-going review, gap assessment, and remediation.
- Promote a culture of engagement and belonging reflective of Inspire Brands, maintaining internal control standards and addressing audit points raised by internal or external regulators promptly.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as requested.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
