Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical CargoWise Implementation Specialist to lead the integration, configuration, and optimization of the WiseTech Global CargoWise platform. Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Deployment: Lead the end-to-end implementation of CargoWise modules (e.g., Forwarding, Customs, Warehouse, Finance, CRM) based on company requirements. Workflow Optimization: Evaluate existing supply chain and logistics workflows to design, build, and automate efficient "best practice" processes within CargoWise. Data Migration & Integration: Mapping, cleaning, and migration of legacy data into CargoWise. Manage EDI/XML integrations with clients, carriers, and third-party vendors. Training & Change Management: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct hands-on workshops for end-users and super-users. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide post-go-live technical and operational support,



troubleshooting system bugs, configuration errors, and workflow bottlenecks. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting WiseTech Global CargoWise. Certifications: CargoWise Certified Specialist (CCS) or CargoWise Certified Professional (CCP) status is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global logistics, freight forwarding (Air/Ocean/Road), customs brokerage, and warehousing operations. Technical Proficiency: System configuration, workflow automation tools, EDI messaging, data mapping, and basic SQL/XML. Soft Skills: Problem-solving abilities, project management skills, and positive communication.
