- Assist food and beverage outlets with daily operations, particularly during peak service times, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B; services, outlets, menu offerings, and hotel services/features to provide informed support to team members and guests
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and analyze performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and profitability




- Lead and motivate F&B; staff, fostering a cooperative team environment while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and organizational policies across all food and beverage operations
- Address guest concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to customize solutions and enhance the overall guest experience
- Monitor and evaluate service quality, staff performance, and operational procedures, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by hotel management, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach
