Position: Consultant – Risk Consulting Services (Industrial Infrastructure)
Base location - Pune
Client Location: Pan India
Employment Type: Contract / Third-Party Payroll (TPR)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–5 Years & Can join us immediately
Key Responsibilities Review and verify contractor RA bills and invoices. Conduct quantity verification and measurement checks as per approved drawings and site records. Perform rate analysis and validate contract rates. Review material reconciliation statements and consumption reports. Check Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and related quantity calculations. Support claim management, variation analysis, and dispute resolution processes. Coordinate with project stakeholders for bill certification and document verification.



Assess compliance of site execution with contractual and project requirements. Prepare audit observations, reports, and recommendations. Required Skills RA Bill Checking and Certification Rate Analysis Material Reconciliation Claim Management BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) Checking Understanding of Site Execution and Construction Practices Knowledge of Construction Contracts and Billing Procedures Valuable Analytical and Reporting Skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Project Documentation Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). 3–5 years of experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, project controls, or cost management. Experience in industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or large-scale construction projects. Willingness to travel and work at client sites across India
