Experience: 1-3 years in International Voice Process Education

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
