Key Responsibilities: Conduct Internal Audits, Management Audits, Statutory Audits, and Tax Audits. Handle Income Tax scrutiny assessments, notices, and representations before tax authorities. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory laws. Assist in IPO-related assignments, due diligence, and regulatory compliances. Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements in accordance with applicable regulations. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of assignments. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Audit, Taxation, and Accounting Standards. Experience in handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits. Positive understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Knowledge of IPO Advisory, Due Diligence, and Restated Financial Statements. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/audit software. Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.
