Location: Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days. About the role As a Program Associate Director, you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Central AI Program Office, collaborating with AI Office leadership and various cross functional teams. The Program Associate will be responsible for driving the day-to-day operations of some of the critical workstreams within the Central AI Program Office. The Program Associate will act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, manage governance and reporting, and ensure measurable outcomes are delivered for the workstreams assigned. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain program plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps. Engage regularly with functional stakeholders to align priorities, progress, and outcomes. Ensure adherence to guiding principles of decentralized innovation, centralized enablement, and governance. Oversee reporting structures, governance frameworks, and performance measurement. Provide guidance to program execution teams and support roles. Ensure execution teams deliver tangible outcomes such as cost reduction, higher velocity, and enhanced experiences.



Represent the Program Office in executive reviews and ensure visibility of progress to senior leadership. What you must have to be considered List the most significant qualifications in descending order 10-15+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives. Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with executive presence. Experience in governance, reporting, and enterprise program execution. Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks, methodologies, and enterprise technology strategy. Ability to balance strategic direction with operational execution. MBA or equivalent preferred; background in AI/technology a plus. A strong sense of ownership, desire to create meaningful outcomes, and passion for work that serves a greater good for customers, communities, or global challenges.
