Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

- Contribute to strategic projects that automate and manage Tower s global production workplace.
- Build products and automation solutions across web (frontend/backend), stream processing, microservices, and databases.
- Participate in the developer on-call rotation to support SEFO-provided solutions.
- Collaborate with other technical teams as needed.
- Document specifications, contribute to architectural decisions, and evolve solutions for trading infrastructure and operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications (must-have)

- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong programming and computer science fundamentals.




- Proficiency building web services in at least one of Golang (preferred), Python (preferred), Rust (Must have), Java, Java Script, or Type Script .
- Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Experience with relational and/or non relational databases.
- Understanding of web technologies and full-stack development.
- Ability to deploy/manage applications independently, including Dev Ops responsibilities.
- Familiarity with automation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with bare metal setups
