Oracle EPM - ARCS Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EPM - ARCS Consultant to join our Oracle practice. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, ensure compliance, and ultimately drive efficiency and strategic growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM solutions, specifically focusing on ARCS (Account Reconciliation and Close Suite), FMS (Financial Management Suite), and ODD (Oracle Data Driven) implementations
- Lead end-to-end EPM implementations including ESSBASE, FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), and ARCS applications
- Implement and support Oracle EPM PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Assist clients with comprehensive financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Configure, customize, and support ESSBASE analytics and FCCS applications to meet client requirements
- Integrate PBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Independently develop and maintain complex business rules for EPM applications
- Implement custom Oracle EPM applications tailored to client-specific needs
- Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Go-Live activities, providing Hypercare support during critical transition phases
- Design and implement integrations and automations to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct client demonstrations and presentations to showcase solution capabilities and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Required Qualifications





- Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle EPM, specifically with ARCS, FMS, and ODD implementations
- Proven experience with end-to-end EPM implementations involving ESSBASE, FCCS, and ARCS technologies
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting ESSBASE analytics and FCCS applications
- Solid understanding of PBCS integration with Oracle Fusion ERP environments
- Ability to independently write and optimize business rules for EPM applications
- Experience in implementing custom Oracle EPM applications
- Proven track record managing UAT phases and Go-Live implementations with post-launch Hypercare support
- Strong knowledge of integrations and process automations within EPM ecosystems
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B. Tech), MBA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong functional knowledge of finance, financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Extensive experience working with Oracle EPM and FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting for process automation
- Experience with advanced process automations and workflow optimization
