? Experience Required

✅ 1.6 to 4 Years(no 1yr experince profile)

? Compensation

? Up to ₹5.58 LPA (Including ₹18,000 Variable Pay)

? Eligibility

? Any Graduate (Bachelor's Degree Mandatory)

? Required Skills

✔️ Minimum 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

✔️ Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process)

✔️ Solid expertise in Denial Management

✔️ Experience in handling Insurance Follow-ups and Denied Claims

✔️ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance

✔️ Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS is preferred





✔️ Good communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

✔️ Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets

? Key Responsibilities

? Follow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims

? Analyze denial reasons and initiate corrective actions

? Process appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims & resubmissions

? Maximize reimbursements through timely claim resolution

? Maintain accurate documentation in the billing system

? Coordinate with Coding, Billing & Payment Posting teams

? Meet productivity, quality, TAT and SLA targets
