The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to international customers, promoting our products and services, and building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in international markets to promote products and services.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably additional languages.
- Robust persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of international market dynamics and cultural differences is a plus.
