Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Roadmap & Architecture: Define cloud strategy, services/microservices architecture, and data strategy to support scalable solutions.
- Engineering Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team; drive hiring, coaching, and career development.
- Delivery & Quality: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, observability, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Optimize cloud costs, manage external vendors, and ensure cost-effective technology delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, and executive teams on OKRs, prioritization, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 4+ years as CTO in a similar or larger company; 6+ years in technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience in scaling platforms and teams, ensuring high availability (e.g., 99.9%) and faster time-to-market.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Robust understanding of security and compliance, including audit readiness, policy enforcement, and access management.
- Exceptional organizational, change management, and stakeholder communication skills (both DE/EN).
