Job Description

- We are looking for a self-driven and product-focused Product owner with at least 5 years of experience in a SaaS / software product development environment. You will work at the intersection of business, product, and technology crafting meaningful experiences for our users by translating ideas into actionable insights, user stories, and workflows.
- You must possess strong product thinking, excellent documentation skills, and a structured approach to requirement elicitation and process definition. The ideal candidate takes ownership, proactively identifies problems or opportunities, and demonstrates outcomes that move the product forward.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, and Business Stakeholders to elicit and define explicit business needs.
- Document user needs through detailed user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.




- Drive requirement workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and lead cross-functional sessions to clarify and prioritize features.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, competitor/product research, and market trend studies to inform product strategy.
- Maintain structured documentation using tools like Confluence, JIRA, Figma, Lucidchart, etc.
- Validate the implementation by participating in UAT and ensure the delivered features meet business expectations.
- Actively contribute to product backlog grooming, release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop domain knowledge around HR Tech, Workforce Management, and associated regulatory or compliance needs.
- Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement and outcome ownership.
