Hiring Alert: Customer Care Executive Domestic E-commerce Process
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hrs) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via inbound calls and chats
- Resolve customer issues and escalations
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational and night shifts
Salary
- Base Salary CTC: 17,000/month
- In-hand: 13,000/month
- Statutory Bonus: Approx. 2,000/month
