The organization focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD. In addition to clinical care, UnFix Your Feelings supports individuals, couples, and organizations in addressing a wide range of relationship and personal challenges. The team is committed to evidence-based practice and creating a supportive, confidential environment for clients. This approach enables clients to develop practical tools for improved emotional resilience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Clinic Operations

* Welcome clients and create a warm, professional experience.

* Manage appointments, scheduling, and calendars.

* Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

* Maintain confidential client records.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

* Ensure the clinic is organized and running smoothly.

Executive & Personal Assistant

* Manage personal and professional calendars.

* Book travel, appointments,



and accommodations.

* Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.

* Assist with administrative tasks, online orders, and errands.

* Organize documents, invoices, and records.

* Provide day-to-day support across business and personal responsibilities.

Qualifications

* Minimum qualification: 10th Grade Pass.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications.

* Organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

* Prior experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation

* 20,000 per month
