Job Description Customer Support Executive (Hospitality Process)

Position: Customer Support Executive Hospitality Process (MS)

Process: Hotel Engine (MS)

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals with a hospitality customer support background to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to international clients.

Eligibility Criteria

- Undergraduate or Graduate from any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in the Hospitality domain (Mandatory) .
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice support.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet productivity, quality,



and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.

- Versant: C1 US Voice Assessment

Note: Candidates with at least 6 months of Hospitality or BPO experience and excellent communication skills will be considered.
