Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and anticipating staffing needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: screening, matching healthcare providers to client orders, and scheduling assignments post-credential verification.
- Maintain and audit Temporary Healthcare Provider (THP) credentials to ensure compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and THPs regarding assignments, cancellations, and updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll and billing issues.
- Analyze daily transaction reports and review weekly invoices for accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a university degree is preferred.
- At least one year of relevant experience in US Process.
