Flexiple is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst on behalf of a Fortune 200 Global Capability Centre (GCC)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Build and maintain financial models, revenue/expense forecasts, and annual budgets to guide strategic decisions.

- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive management dashboards.

- Track key financial performance metrics (KPIs) and surface actionable insights for senior leadership reviews.

- Partner with cross-functional business teams to plan, monitor, and optimize departmental spend.

- Support month-end close processes, general ledger reconciliations, and reporting accuracy across business units.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance, CA Inter, CFA Level 1,



or a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce.

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), or corporate finance.

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets with hands-on exposure to quantitative modeling and data analysis.

- Excellent structured thinking, problem-solving skills, and acute attention to detail.

- Clear written and spoken English communication skills.

- Preferred: Exposure to BI tools/languages like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, along with experience in a GCC or multinational environment.
