Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall sales and business growth strategy across channels and markets.
- Drive revenue, profitability, market penetration and achievement of business targets.
- Lead and manage sales, distribution, retail and channel operations .
- Expand and strengthen the distributor, dealer, retailer and institutional network.
- Identify current markets, territories and business opportunities for expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, retailers and strategic partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competition and customer insights.
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, targets and performance dashboards.
- Lead, mentor and develop high-performing sales and operations teams.
- Improve operational processes, sales productivity and overall business efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing,



Finance, Supply Chain, Production and Customer Service.
- Ensure optimum inventory movement, order fulfilment and coordination across the distribution network.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for sales and operations teams.
- Take ownership of market expansion initiatives and strategic business projects.
- Travel outside Mumbai for market visits, distributor meetings, business development and operational reviews as required.
- Work closely with the promoters/leadership team on long-term business strategy and organizational growth.
