We're a licensed telecom carrier serving BPOs/Contact Centers, SMBs, Enterprises, and Licensed VoIP Service Providers across India and globally with a portfolio that spans SIP Trunking, white-labelled UCaaS, WhatsApp Business Chatbots, AI Voice Bots, and AI Auto Dialer solutions.
We're opening 4 positions 2 in Pune, 2 in Gurgaon for B2B Business Development Executives (freshers or up to 1 year of experience). This is primarily a lead-generation role, not a closing role: you'll be building and qualifying pipeline for our senior sales team, which means your job is research, outreach, and persistence not carrying a revenue number on day one. If you are able to close with help of seniors you get your incentives as well.
What matters to us:
- You know your city's business landscape well real, working familiarity with Pune or Delhi-NCR, not just an address there
- You love to go out and meet people, companies at anytime needed.
- Very positive English communication (Marathi a plus in Pune if you're local; Hindi expected in Gurgaon)
- You're someone who works through a stuck problem rather than escalating it back to someone else this single trait matters more to us than a polished resume
Compensation: 5-7 LPA fixed, with an uncapped incentive structure variable pay can go up to 100% of your fixed salary based on lead-generation performance and them leading to sales with your contribution in sales.
No relocation for these roles we're looking for people already rooted in Pune or Gurgaon who know the ground they'll be working and know local language besides very good English communication skills.
