Job Responsibilities
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other modular furniture.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs, and realistic renders.
- Create quotations and BOQs.
- Explain design concepts, materials, finishes, and hardware to clients.
- Coordinate with the production team, OEM partners, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site measurements and ensure design accuracy.
- Prepare working drawings for manufacturing and installation.
- Ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients until project handover.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of modular kitchen design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Sketch Up + V-Ray/Enscape or similar 3D software.
- Basic knowledge of modular furniture construction and hardware.
- Understanding of materials such as plywood, laminates, acrylic, PU, and quartz.
- Knowledge of hardware brands like Hettich, Häfele, Blum, or equivalent.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with Infurnia, 2020 Design, or other modular kitchen software is an added advantage.
