Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Staffing (Remote)

Job Summary

Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management in the US staffing and recruitment market.

Note: This is a fully remote position operating during US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilitie

- sIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing/recruitment industry
- . Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the US market
- . Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and active lead generation
- . Understand client hiring requirements thoroughly and coordinate seamlessly with internal recruitment teams
- . Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and client presentations with key decision-makers
- . Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- . Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- . Prepare professional business reports,

- . Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth delivery
