You will successfully manage, prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end to end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.If you thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, desire to create amazing experience for candidates and internal clients and a demonstrated track record of success in recruiting, Amazon Web Services recruiting team could be the right place for you.Key job responsibilitiesJob Responsibilities :- Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company,



implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.- Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies- Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team- 2+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar workplace experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheetsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
