Project Manager – enlytical.aiDepartment: Project ManagementLocation: Dwarka Sector 23, DelhiExperience: 3–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects for enlytical.ai, our AI-powered analytics and automation platform. The role will own project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely delivery across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, with high quality, and measurable business impact. This JD is based on the structure of the Product Manager JD while shifting ownership from product strategy to project execution and incorporating enterprise project governance practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & DeliveryDevelop project plans, timelines, milestones, sprint plans, and release schedules.Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement sign-off to production release.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.Cross-functional CoordinationCoordinate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Documentation teams.Drive stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and ensure explicit ownership across teams.Facilitate project meetings, sprint ceremonies, and executive reviews.Project Governance & Risk ManagementMaintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, change requests, and governance documentation.Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, and project dependencies early and implement mitigation plans.Manage scope changes through structured change control.Resource & Execution ManagementPlan resource allocation and monitor team capacity across multiple projects.Track sprint progress, project health, delivery metrics, and release readiness.Remove execution blockers and drive timely decision-making.Quality & Release ManagementCoordinate testing, UAT,
