Job DescriptionJob Title:Social Media Executive – Dental & Healthcare (International Markets)Location:Noida, India (Remote/Hybrid)Role OverviewWe’re looking for a sharp, creative, and driven Social Media Executive to manage end-to-end social media activities for a portfolio of dental client accounts.What You’ll Do1. Account Management & OnboardingOnboard current dental clients by collecting brand assets, clinic photos, doctor bios, service menus, and tone-of-voice guidelines.Develop a deep understanding of each client’s practice, specialty, and target patient base.Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.2. Content & CreativeResearch trending topics in dentistry, oral health, and patient education relevant to the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and other international markets.Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with local events, health awareness days, and regional patient behavior.Create high-quality, on-brand creatives for Facebook and Instagram, including static posts, carousels, reel covers, and story graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.Write compelling captions tailored to each market’s tone, language nuances, and compliance requirements.3. Publishing & GrowthSchedule and publish content across Meta platforms consistently.Monitor key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and saves, and optimize content accordingly.Execute organic growth strategies including hashtag research, community engagement,



and responding to comments and direct messages.Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and platform best practices.4. ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports for each account.Identify successful strategies, highlight improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations.What We’re Looking ForMust-Have2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience, preferably in healthcare or dental marketing.Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatments, and the patient journey (implants, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, preventive care, etc.).Experience working with international markets, especially the US, UK, Canada, and Singapore.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools.Excellent written English with the ability to adapt content for different international audiences.Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.Good to HavePrior experience managing social media accounts for dentists or dental clinics.Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar platforms for content creation.Basic understanding of Meta Ads.Strong visual design sense for healthcare-related content.What You’ll GetOpportunity to work with international dental and healthcare clients.Exposure to global social media marketing strategies.Career growth opportunities into senior social media and account management roles.Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
