We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Counsellor to guide prospective clients/students, understand their needs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments/sales. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective customers/students via calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/courses/services
- Convert leads into sales/enrollments and achieve monthly targets
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and interactions in CRM
- Explain features, perks, and pricing clearly to customers
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers/students
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Participate in promotional activities, events, or seminars if required
? Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing/Education preferred)
- Experience in sales, counselling, or customer support is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
