- Maintain and update project/ticket tracking data across teams.
- Monitor task deadlines and follow up with stakeholders for timely closure.
- Prepare and maintain audit -ready documentation, reports, and trackers.
- Support project managers in status reporting, MIS preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance -related record keeping.
- Assist in process improvement and documentation activities.
Requirements
Eligibility:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Management, Engineering, IT, or related fields).
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail -oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Trello,
or similar platforms.
- Interest in technology, operations, and compliance processes.
