Role: Vendor Manager - AI Data Collection & Annotation

What you'll do
• Manage and coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and data partners.
• Handle end-to-end AI data collection and annotation workflows.
• Track vendor performance, quality, productivity, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain project reports, trackers, and documentation.
What we're looking for
• 3–5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in AI Data Collection & Annotation industry.
• Experience managing vendors or external teams.
• Understanding of image, text, video, audio, or language data projects.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Nice to have
• Exposure to annotation tooling, QC processes, or data pipeline workflows.
• Experience working with global or distributed vendor teams.
